Robofest relies on local volunteer sites to host events for teams in their area.  If you would like to learn more about hosting a competition, please review the US or International Site Host Information and FAQ documents:

For the 2022-2023 Robofest Season, Site Hosts can select In-Person, Video Submission*, or Online* Qualifiers for their local teams. (*International Only)

There are two ways to submit a Site Host application:  

1. AVAILABLE 9/1/2022 - Submit a New Site Application directly from the Robofest Registration page 

Enter your desired date, contact information, venue and competition categories and after you confirm your email address, (click a link in a system-generated email response) the application will be sent Robofest Headquarters for approval.  Additional information will be requested.

2. Download an application file and submit to the Robofest Office (scan and email)

    • Robofest Timer Program Download: Executable for PCs (2MB, save this file anywhere on your computer, then double click the Robofest icon to run. This program is not for Macs)
